DURIAN MOONCAKES

To guarantee freshness, we gather our fresh durians at least three times every day. Delivering the best day durians to our consumers is our top goal.

To make durian mooncakes, the cleaned durian will be opened and the pulp removed.

Utilizing a deseeding machine, the pulp and seed will be separated.

On an LED light table, the durian paste is applied to remove imperfections and assure standard quality.

4.

Heat up a wok with the 2 tablespoons of oil, add the the durian paste and maltose, stir fry under low heat until the durian paste thickens. Fill in the durian paste filling into the snow skin. Finally, the durian mooncakes done.
